Simon Heseltine is the Director of Search at Serengeti Communications. Prior to that Simon worked for local search site Innovectra for 7-1/2 years, closing out his employment as the Senior Manager of Search Engine Marketing. Despite graduating with a business degree, with a minor in marketing, Simon went into the programming field, first as a Smalltalk developer, where he developed websites using Objectshare’s VisualWave development platform. Before moving into Java. It was around the time that he received his Masters in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, that the opportunity to move into Search Marketing opened up, so off he went.
